• Campaigner Content & Data: Information provided when creating campaigns, including uploaded long-form content, campaign guidelines, budgets, pay-per-view reward structures, and communications.
• Clipper Content & Data: Short-form videos created and submitted, linked social media account information (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) necessary for distribution and tracking, performance data related to submitted clips, and communications.
• Usage & Analytics Data: Information about how you interact with the Platform, device information, IP address, browser type, engagement metrics, view counts (including data used for verification), campaign performance analytics, and Clipper earnings data.
• Payment and Transaction Information: Details related to campaign funding (Campaigners) and payouts (Clippers) processed through Stripe Connect, including transaction history. Note: Full payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
• Audit Trail Data: Records of campaign creation, content submissions, approvals, view verifications, fund transfers, and payout requests.

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform.
• Facilitate campaign creation, content transformation by Clippers, clip submission, and distribution processes.
• Track, verify, and report on video views for reward calculation.
• Process campaign funding and manage Clipper payouts via Stripe Connect.
• Provide analytics and insights dashboards to Campaigners and Clippers.
• Communicate with you, including responding to inquiries and sending service-related notifications.
• Monitor and analyze usage trends and Platform performance.
• Maintain audit trails for operational integrity, security, and dispute resolution.
• Prevent fraudulent activity and enforce our Terms of Service.

• With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors like Stripe (for payment processing) and potentially others for hosting, data analysis, customer service, and technology support. These providers have access to your information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.
• Between Users (Campaigners and Clippers): Information necessary to facilitate the Platform's core functions is shared. This includes Campaigners viewing submitted clips and Clipper profiles/performance metrics, and Clippers viewing campaign details and Campaigner information relevant to participation.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction as permitted by law and/or contract.
